Having worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years, I understand the stress and focus that comes with working in that environment!  I love sharing Zentangle with corporate teams.  I tailor a class specifically for the needs of your team.  We can explore the relaxation benefits of Zentangle and mindfulness, or we can just have a fun team project.  I've worked with corporate groups, medical staffs, parties, and schools.  Small groups and large.  I can meet with your group on site or we can meet virtually via ZOOM.

Zentangle is great method for coporate team building!  We can put together a project for each member to work on individually, then bring them together for a whole.  This can be as simple as everyone showing the tiles we create in class with everyone receiving the same instruction, to creating a larger project they all share in, i.e. a tree of life.

You don't have to work in a stressful environment to benefit from a little self care.  Zentangle  by its nature is very relaxing, but we can add some reminders to focus on being mindful and relaxing.
